CORRIGENDUM

IN the Proclamation dated the 13th day of May 1974, and published in Gazette, 23 May 1974, No. 50, at page 1015, taking a pipeline easement over land for waterworks in Block VI, Puniu Survey District, Waipa County, pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, for the area of land containing 3.7 perches, being part Allotment 247, Mangapiko Parish, last described in the Schedule to the said Proclamation read “1 rood and 3.7 perches, being part Allotment 247, Mangapiko Parish” which last-mentioned area and description appears in the original Proclamation signed by His Excellency the Governor-General, and for the Minister of Works and Development.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waikato as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of June 1974.

A PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wanganui, having been acquired by a declaration dated the 12th day of June 1973, published in the Gazette, 21 June 1973, No. 59, at page 1160, and registered as No. 983519, Wellington Land Registry: now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart for housing purposes as from the 13th day of June 1974.
