Declaring Land Taken for Street in the City of Christchurch

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch from and after the 6th day of June 1974.

Reservation of Land and Declaration that Land be Part of the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes; and further, pursuant to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Act 1967, declares the said reserve to form part of the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park.
