Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes from and after the 6th day of June 1974 and, pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, hereby declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be set apart for State housing purposes from and after the 6th day of June 1974.
