CORRIGENDUM

In the notice published in the Gazette, 19 December 1962,
No. 81, p. 2259, of the Appointment of Justices of the Peace
for New Zealand, for the words “Gordon Leslie Sandford,
10 Grampian Road, St Heliers Bay, Auckland” read “George
Leslie Sandford, 10 Grampian Road, St Heliers Bay, Auckland”
which last-mentioned words appear in the original
notice signed by His Excellency the Governor-General.

CORRIGENDUM

In the notice headed “The Awatuna Cemetery Closing Notice
1974” published in Gazette, No. 48, of 16 May 1974, p. 984,
for the word “September” appearing in paragraphs 2 and 3
read “November”, which last-mentioned word appears in
both paragraphs of the original notice signed on behalf
of the Minister of Health.

Land Taken for the Purposes of Part II of the Urban
Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945, in the City
of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of
Part II of the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement
Act 1945, and that the land described in the Second, Third,
Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Schedules hereto is hereby taken,
together with and/or subject to (as applicable) the rights
and restrictions specified in the said Schedules: for the
purposes of Part II of the Urban Renewal and Housing
Improvement Act 1945, and that one undivided one-fifth
share in the land described in the Seventh Schedule hereto
is hereby taken, subject to conditions as to building imposed
by Order in Council No. 287 for the purposes of Part II
of the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945,
and that the said pieces of land shall vest in the Mayor,
Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from
the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of
June 1974.

FIRST SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 16 perches situated in
the City of Wellington, being part of Section 53, City of
Wellington, all certificate of title, Volume 115, folio 99,
Wellington Land Registry.

SECOND SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land situated in the City of Wellington,
described as follows:

A. R P. Being
0 0 7.58 Part of Section 53 on the Public Map of the Town of Wellington, subject to conditions as to building, imposed by Order in Council No. 287, all certificate of title, Volume 333, folio 34, Wellington Land Registry, limited as to parcels.
0 0 16.23 Part of Town Section 53, and being also Lot 3, D.P. 6070, subject to conditions as to building, imposed by Order in Council No. 287, all certificate of title, Volume 306, folio 25, Wellington Land Registry.
0 0 12.28 Part of Section 53 of the Town of Wellington and being also Lot 4, D.P. 6070, subject to conditions as to building line, imposed by Order in Council No. 287, all certificate of title, Volume 455, folio 186, Wellington Land Registry.

THIRD SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 10.85 perches situated
in the City of Wellington, being part of Town Section 52,
and being also Lot 3, D.P. 10277, subject to a condition
as to the building line imposed by Order in Council No. 287
and also subject to No. K. 10586, all certificate of title,
Volume 430, folio 43, Wellington Land Registry.

FOURTH SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 16.98 perches situated in
the City of Wellington, being part of Section 52 on the
Public Map of the Town of Wellington and being also
Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 11757, subject to conditions as to building,
imposed by Order in Council No. 287, and also subject as
to part Lot 2 to the right (limited as to duration) to
overhang eaves created by transfer No. 250428 and together
