IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE
MATTER of GRANNY'S NITE CLUB LIMITED a duly incorporated company with registered office at 1 Ridge Road,
Mt Roskill, Auckland, Club Proprietors:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on
the 17th day of May 1974, presented to the said Court
by ELLIS AND BURNAND LIMITED, and that the said petition
is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland
on Wednesday the 12th day of June 1974 at 10 o'clock
in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the
said company desirous to support or oppose the making
of an order on the said petition may appear at the time
of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose;
and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the under-
singed to any creditor or contributory of the said company
requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for
the same.

KAITAIA BOROUGH COUNCIL

SPECIAL ORDER

Increase in Number of Members

Notice is hereby given that the Council passed the following
resolution on 20 May 1974 and will be submitted for con-
firmation at a meeting to be held on 15 July 1974.

In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 53 (2)
of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Kaitaia Borough
Council resolves by way of special order as follows:

(1) The Council shall be increased by one (1) councillor
that is to say, from eight (8) councillors, exclusive
of the Mayor, to nine (9) councillors, exclusive of
the Mayor.

(2) The alteration hereby made in the number of the
members of the Council shall take effect on and
from the 6th day of September 1974.

(3) The election of the councillors consequent upon the
increase shall be incorporated with the triennial
election of the Mayor and Council to be held on
the 12th day of October 1974.

PETONE BOROUGH COUNCIL

RESOLUTION LEVYING SECURITY RATE--DRAINAGE LOAN 1973-
$500,000

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loan Act 1956, the
Petone Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:

That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges
on a loan of $500,000, authorised to be raised by the Petone
Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act, for
improvements to stormwater disposal and sanitary sewerage
in eastern and western areas of the Borough of Petone,
the said Petone Borough Council hereby makes a special
rate of decimal one seven five cents (.175c) in the dollar
