A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the Waharoa-Apata (Kaimai
Deviation) Railway.

A Pipeline Easement Over Land Taken for Waterworks in
Block VI, Puniu Survey District, Waipa County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that an easement of right to lay and
maintain a pipeline with all accessories and to conduct
water through the same and to enter for the purpose of
inspecting repairing and maintaining the said pipeline, is
hereby taken for waterworks over the land described in the
Schedule hereto and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors,
and Citizens of the Borough of Te Awamutu as from the
date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day
of May 1974.
