Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land
Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 9th day of May 1974.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 13) 1974
Pursuant to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:
- (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 13) 1974.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

The exemption from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.

This notice continues the exemption of magnetic ink character recognition (M.I.C.R.) under a new Tariff Item and amends an error contained in Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 4), 1974, which was published in Gazette, 28 February 1974, No. 19, p. 379. The words "as shellac" should read "or shellac".
