Declaring Land Taken, Subject to Certain Rights for a State Primary School in the Borough of Birkenhead

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing covenant contained in transfer A545079 and to K61375 certifying the existence of a line of pipes for stormwater, for a State primary school from and after the 2nd day of May 1974.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to Proclamation No. 853912, Canterbury Land Registry, defining the middle line of the Sockburn-Styx Railway, for aerodrome purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch from and after the 2nd day of May 1974.
