Cancellation of Vesting in the Ashburton Borough Council
and Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor,
Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Ashburton and
revokes the reservation for a gravel pit over the land
described in the First Schedule hereto; such land to remain
subject to existing registered leases and mortgages described
in the Second Schedule hereto.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—ASHBURTON BOROUGH
RESERVE 1613, situated in Block XIII, Ashburton Survey
District: area, 8103 square metres, more or less (8093

Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve and Addition
of the Reserve to the Rohutu Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part
of the reserve described in the Schedule from a reserve
for a resting place for travelling stock to a reserve for
scenic purposes, and further, declares the said reserve to
form part of the Rohutu Scenic Reserve.

Declaration that Part of the Paraparaumu Domain shall be
a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation
over said Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the
Paraparaumu Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall
cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the
Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to
be a recreation reserve, subject to Part II of the said Act,
and further revokes the reservation for recreation purposes
over the said reserve.
