Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a slipway
and jetty as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held
and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms
and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
far as applicable, apply hereto.

2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day
of April 1974.

3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be six dollars
($6) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall
be six dollars ($6); provided always that the Minister
may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first
year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Assignment of Foreshore Licence for Breakwaters at Lake Taupo

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers
of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated
by the Minister of Transport hereby give notice that the
licence of 15 August 1961*, authorising Ian Ogilvie Gibbs and
Theodore Nesbit Gibbs to occupy parts of the bed of Lake
Taupo as sites for breakwaters, and assigned to Kinloch
Services Ltd. on 21 August 1963, is hereby assigned to
Kinloch Marina Ltd.

Honour and Award

HIS Excellency the Governor-General has announced that
Her Majesty The Queen has been graciously pleased on
29 March 1974, to confer the honour of Member of the
Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British
Empire for Gallantry on Inspector Joseph Dennis Farrow,
New Zealand Police Force, of Wellington, in recognition
of the courage and judgment displayed by him in
Wellington on 13 November 1973, which culminated in the
arrest of an armed and dangerously emotional offender.

New Zealand Dairy Board Election—Notice of Election of Member for Taranaki Ward

I, Jack Lionel Wright, returning officer appointed under
section 10 of the Dairy Board Act 1961, do hereby give
notice of a poll to elect a member for the Taranaki Ward
on the New Zealand Dairy Board, and do hereby give
further notice that Wednesday, 17 April 1974, is the date
on which the rolls of electors for this ward shall be closed;
that the nominations of candidates for the election must be
in my hands by noon on Wednesday, 15 May 1974; and
that in the event of more than one candidate being nominated,
a poll will be held and that such poll will close at 7 p.m.
on Wednesday, 26 June 1974.

PURSUANT to section 195 (2) of the Industrial Relations Act
1973, it is hereby notified that the registration of the Taranaki
United Licensed Victuallers’ Industrial Union of Employers,
Registered No. 2023, situated at 16 Albion Street, Hawera,
will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled on
the expiration of six weeks from the date of the publication
of this notice in the Gazette.

Bona Vacantia Disclaimed

IN the matter of section 338 of the Companies Act 1955,
and in the matter of A R. MOORE LTD., a dissolved
company:

NOTICE is hereby given as follows:

1. That on the 22nd day of February 1974, it came to
the notice of the Secretary to the Treasury that 200 ordinary
shares, being numbers 371291 to 371490 inclusive, in the
Transport Industry Insurance Company Limited, held by the
above-named company, had vested in the Crown, pursuant
to section 337 of the Companies Act 1955;

2. That on the date aforesaid, application was received
by the Secretary to the Treasury for the Crown’s title to
the said shares to be disclaimed;

3. That no such application, as aforesaid, was received by
the Secretary to the Treasury with respect to the said shares
before the date aforesaid;

4. That the Crown’s title to the said shares is hereby
disclaimed.
