Licensing George Alfred Gordon Bronlund to Occupy a Site
for a Jetty at Coromandel Harbour
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter
Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of
powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license
and permit George Alfred Gordon Bronlund (hereinafter
called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators,
executors or assigns unless the context requires a different
construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and
bed of the sea at Coromandel Harbour as shown on plan
marked M.D. 15069 and deposited in the office of the Ministry
of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining
thereon a jetty as shown on the said plan, such licence to be
held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the
terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st
day of April 1974.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten
dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee
shall be twenty dollars ($20); provided always that the
Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of
the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

a Site for an Oyster Shed at Waikare Inlet, Bay of
Islands
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I,
Peter Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in

hereby license and permit Desmond Peter Rutherford De
Vantier (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall
include his administrators, executors or assigns unless the
context requires a different construction) to use and occupy
a part of the foreshore and bed on the sea at Waikare
Inlet, Bay of Islands, as shown on plan marked M.D. 14300
and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport
at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon an
oyster shed as shown on the said plan, such licence to be
held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the
terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

executors or assigns unless the context requires a different
construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of the
sea at Torrent Bay as shown on plan marked M.D. 15219
and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport
at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a
mooring as shown on the said plan, such licence to be
held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the
terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE

and Shed in the Taieri River at Taieri Mouth
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter
Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise
of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby
license and permit Colin James Gamble (hereinafter called
the licensee, which term shall include his administrators,
executors or assigns unless the context requires a different
construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore
and bed of the Taieri River at Taieri Mouth as shown
on plan marked M.D. 12666 and deposited in the office
of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose
of maintaining thereon a jetty and shed as shown on
the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the
licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set
forth in the Schedule hereto. The licence issued to Skeggs
Fisheries Ltd. on 16 September 1968* and assigned to Leslie
Gerald Trounson on 23 July 1971β is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE

The term of the licence shall be 8 years from the 1st day
of June 1973. -
The premium payable by the licensee shall be two dollars

be sixteen dollars ($16); provided always that the Minister
may review the annual sum payable at the end of the
first year or any subsequent year of the said term.
