SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres 3 roods 28.8 perches,
more or less, being Lot 3 on Deposited Plan 49048, and
being part Allotment 92, Parish of Waikomiti, and being
all the land comprised and described in certificate of title,
Volume 19A, folio 736.

The above land is situated on the southern side of Titirangi
Road near its junction with Godley Road.

MOUNT ROSKILL BOROUGH COUNCIL

SPECIAL ORDER—CONSOLIDATION OF SPECIAL RATES

NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution, intended
to operate as a Special Order, was passed at a meeting of
the Mount Roskill Borough Council held on the 5th day
of March 1974, and was confirmed at an ordinary meeting
of the Mount Roskill Borough Council held in the Municipal
Chambers, Three Kings, Mount Roskill, at 7.30 p.m. on Tuesday,
2 April 1974.

RESOLUTION

THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it
by section 108A of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954,
as enacted by section 10 of the Municipal Corporations
Amendment Act 1959, and all other powers enabling it in
that behalf, the Mount Roskill Borough Council hereby
resolves, by way of Special Order, that instead of levying
the special rates specified in the Schedule hereto to make
a uniform consolidated special rate of decimal nine three
cents (.93c) in the dollar ($) on all rateable property
within the Borough of Mount Roskill, and the same is
hereby made an annually recurring rate for the purpose
of paying the annual charges plus ten percent (10%) thereof,
payable in respect of the loans secured by those special
rates. And the Mount Roskill Borough Council hereby further
resolves that the consolidated special rate shall be payable
in one sum on the 1st day of April in each year at the
Council Chambers, corner Three Kings and Mount Albert
Roads, Mount Roskill, to Frank Charles Clarkson or at
such other place, or to such other person for the time being
authorised by Council.

LAW PRACTITIONERS ACT 1955

PURSUANT to the Law Practitioners Act 1955, notice is hereby
given that the Disciplinary Committee of the New Zealand
Law Society, on the 26th day of February 1974, ordered that
Robert William Gill, of Opunake, barrister and solicitor, be
struck off the roll of barristers and the roll of solicitors of
the Supreme Court of New Zealand and doth hereby further
order that the said Robert William Gill pay to the New
Zealand Law Society the sum of one thousand dollars
($1,000) on account of costs of the enquiry.
