- That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.
- That R. Clutha Halliday, chartered accountant, of Christchurch, be nominated liquidator.
A meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held in the boardroom, Canterbury Rugby Union Building, 172 Manchester Street, Christchurch, on Monday, the 8th day of April 1974, at 4.15 o'clock in the afternoon.

- Consideration of a statement of the position of the company's affairs and list of creditors, etc.
- Nomination of liquidator.
- Appointment of committee of inspection, if thought fit.
