Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as street the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, also hereby proclaims as closed the street described
in the Second Schedule hereto, and also hereby proclaims
as a service lane the land described in the Third Schedule
hereto, which land described in the said First and Third
Schedules shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens
of the Borough of Westport.

together with and subject to the rights of way specified in
easement certificate No. 62215 created by transfer No. 62933,
and also subject to fencing covenant contained in transfer
No. 62933 Marlborough Land Registry for State housing
purposes from and after the 11th day of April 1974.
