Prohibition of Sale Notice 1974 (Services: Posipow International Limited, Combined Community Marketing Ltd.)

PURSUANT to section 40 of the Control of Prices Act 1947,
the Trade Practices and Prices Commission by virtue of
section 9 of the Trade Practices Act 1958 hereby gives notice
as follows:

Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited
as the Prohibition of Sale Notice 1974 (Services: Posipow
International Limited, Combined Community Marketing Ltd.)
(2) This notice shall come into force on 5 April 1974.
Application of Notice—This notice shall apply to the
sale by any person of courses of instruction performed by
or under the direction of Posipow International Limited or
Combined Community Marketing Ltd. or to any service
whatsoever related to the sale, supply or distribution of
those courses.
Prohibition of Sale—The sale of any such courses or of
any service whatsoever related to the sale, supply or dis-
tribution of those courses is hereby absolutely prohibited,
unless a selling price or a maximum selling price applicable
to the sale has been fixed or approved by a price order
or a special approval under the Control of Prices Act 1947.
