Cancellation of the Vesting in the Opotiki Borough Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels as from the 30th day of September 1973 the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Opotiki, and revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for landing purposes described in the Schedule hereto.

Cancellation of Vesting in the Pahiatua County Council of Reserves
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Pahiatua of the reserve for ferry purposes described in the First Schedule hereto and of the reserve for gravel purposes described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Declaration That Part of the Opotiki Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation over the Said Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that as from the 30th day of September 1973, that part of the Opotiki Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.
