Declaring Land Taken for Street Diversion in the City of Christchurch

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928 and section 191 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject as to the land first described in the said Schedule to the building-line restriction imposed by memorandum of acceptance No. 456860 and subject, as to the land last described in the said Schedule, to the building-line restriction imposed by Order in Council No. 1366, Canterbury Land Registry, for street diversion and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch, from and after the 24th day of January 1974.
