The Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1973, Amendment No. 1

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1973, Amendment No. 1 and shall be read together with, and deemed to be part of the Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1973 (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).
This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.
The principal notice is hereby amended by adding under the general heading of services:

Courses of instruction performed by or under the direction of Posipow International Limited or Combined Community Marketing Ltd. and any service whatsoever related to the sale, supply or distribution of those courses.
