NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition for the Winding-Up of the above-named Company by the Supreme Court was, on the 4th day of March 1974, presented to the said Court by Brockelsby Metals Limited, an incorporated Company having its registered office at 282 High Street, Lower Hutt.
And that the said Petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 10th day of April 1974, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said Company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said Petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his Counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the Petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said Company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE OF REDUCTION OF CAPITAL

IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER OF P & O (N.Z.) LIMITED a company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office at Christchurch.
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 14th day of December 1973 confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named Company from $34,000,000 to $5,203,280 and the Minute approved by the Court, showing with respect to the capital of the Company as altered, the several particulars required by the above mentioned Act, were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 18th day of February 1974. The said Minute is in the words and figures following:
“The capital of P & O (N.Z.) Limited was by virtue of two Special Resolutions of the Company and with the sanction of an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 14th day of December 1973 reduced from $34,000,000 to $5,203,280 divided into $3,000,000 of ordinary stock and 32,832 unissued ordinary shares of $20.00 each and 77,332 unissued preference shares of $20.00 each. It is to be noted that in accordance with a Special Resolution of the Company so providing, on the foregoing reduction of capital taking effect, the capital of the Company will be further reduced from $5,203,280 to $3,000,000 by the cancellation of the said 32,832 unissued ordinary shares of $20,00 each and of the said 77,332 unissued preference shares of $20.00 each”.

COUNTY OF WAITEMATA
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Waitemata County Council, pursuant to the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, proposes to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a recreation ground fronting Greenhithe Road at Greenhithe, and for this public work the land in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. A plan of the land so required is deposited in the Council Offices, 68–70 Greys Avenue, Auckland 1, and at the District Office, Glenfield, where it is open for inspection during ordinary office hours. Every person directly affected shall set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and shall send the written objection within 40 days after the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, P.O. Box 12–244, Wellington North. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres 0 roods 19.5 perches, being Lot 5, D.P. 7132, and Lot 1, D.P. 20786, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 679, folio 102, and part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 481, folio 116.
These lands are situated on the eastern side of Greenhithe Road, opposite its junction with Roland Road.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Hawke's Bay Catchment Board proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, for river control purposes on the Tukituki River, and for the purposes of or in connection with such public work the land and interests in the land described in the Schedule hereto as required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Hawke's Bay Catchment Board, situate in Vautier Street, Napier, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land should, if they have any objection to the said public work or to the taking of the said land not being objections to the amount or payment of compensations, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, P.O.
