CENTRE LTD. (in liquidation):

NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator
of Blockhouse Bay Cycle and Sports Centre Ltd. which is
being wound up voluntarily does hereby fix the 19th day of
April 1974, as the day on or before which the creditors of the
company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish
any title they may have to priority under section 308 of
the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of CRUSADER HOLDINGS LTD. (in liquidation):

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the
Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-
named company will be held in the Boardroom, Lower
Ground Floor, 6–8 Commerce Street, Auckland, on Friday
the 29th day of March 1974, at 2.30 o'clock in the after-
noon for the purpose of having—

  1. An account laid before it showing how the winding-up
    has been conducted and the property of the company has
    been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof
    by the liquidator.

  2. Further business: to consider, and if thought fit, to pass
    the following resolution, namely—

That the books and papers of the company and of the
liquidator be held by the liquidator for the period of
12 months and then destroyed.

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting
is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead
of him. A proxy need not be a member.

Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with
the undersigned at the registered office of the company,
care of Messrs Seaman Robinson Shove and Strickett, 8–14
Eden Crescent, Auckland 1, not later than 2.30 o'clock on
27 March 1974.

of March 1974, the following extraordinary resolution was
passed by the company, namely:

(a) “That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities
continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the
same and accordingly that the company be wound up
voluntarily.”

(b) “That Keith Samuel Crawshaw, company manager, of
Auckland, be and is hereby nominated as liquidator of the
company.”
