PURSUANT to section 171 of the Coal Mines Act 1925, the Minister of Mines hereby gives the following notice.

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the declaration dated the 19th day of June 1972, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 22 June 1972, No. 51, page 1285, G.N. 194806, to be amended by omitting from the description of the land firstly described therein the words “Proclamation No. 1665” and substituting the words “Proclamation No. 1696”, and by omitting from the description of the land secondly described therein the words “Proclamation No. 1696” and substituting the words “Proclamation No. 1665”.
