(1) This order may be cited as the Hamilton City Hydatids Control District Order 1974.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. -
The area comprising the City of Hamilton, as from time to time constituted, is hereby declared to be an hydatids control district to be called the Hamilton City Hydatids Control District.

The Hamilton City Council is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the Hamilton City Hydatids Control District.

PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

(1) This order may be cited as the Matamata Hydatids Control District Order 1974.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. -
The areas comprising the County of Matamata, the Boroughs of Matamata, Putaruru, and the County Borough of Tokoroa, as from time to time constituted, are hereby declared to be united to form an hydatids control district to be called the Matamata Hydatids Control District.

The Matamata Hydatids Control Authority is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the Matamata Hydatids Control District.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

This order may be cited as the Intellectually Handicapped Children's Society (Incorporated), Southland Branch Order 1974.

The Intellectually Handicapped Children's Society (Incorporated), Southland Branch, an organisation approved by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, is hereby granted exemption in respect of the sheltered workshop at Oreti Street, Gore, from
(a) all the provisions of every award and industrial agreement which would otherwise be applicable in respect of persons employed in that workshop; and
(b) section 34 of the Factories Act 1946, and all the provisions of the Annual Holidays Act 1944, and the Minimum Wage Act 1945.
- The Intellectually Handicapped Children's Society (Incorporated), Southland Branch Order 1966*, is hereby revoked.

(2) This order shall be deemed to have come into force on the 26th day of October 1972. -
Salary of Director-General—The salary of the Director-General of Broadcasting shall be as follows:

$18,865 $19,750 $885
On and from 11 August 1973
Minimum Maximum Annual Increment

Appointing a Member of the Water Resources Council
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
PURSUANT to section 5 of the Water and Soil Conservation Amendment Act (No. 2) 1971, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint William Munro Duncan, an officer of the Ministry of Works and Development, to be a member of the Water Resources Council from and after the 28th day of February 1974.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 19th day of February 1974.
