CORRIGENDUM

IN Price Order No. 2259, which appeared on page 337,
Gazette, 21 February 1974, the price of loose flue-
cured leaf was incorrectly printed as “75.5c per pound”.
This should be read as “85.5c per pound” which is the figure
recorded in Decision No. 5408 under the seal of the Price
Tribunal.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for recreation ground and
shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants
of the County of Waitemata, as from the date hereinafter
mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 7th day of March 1974.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 10 acres and 4 perches
situated in Block VII, Waitemata Survey District, and being
Lot 1, D.P. 53735. All certificate of title, No. 5A/171, North
Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the First
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and that the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road, and shall vest
in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County
of Whangarei as from the date hereinafter mentioned. I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 7th day of March 1974.
