  1. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
    hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land
    described in the Second Schedule hereto.

  2. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
    hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
    Notice Wanganui 1973, No. 11.

  2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are
    hereby revoked.

  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
    hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose
of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of all
Maoris generally.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land situated in Block XII of the Tapapa
Survey District, County of Matamata, and described as
follows:

0 2 22.4 The land known as Okauia 2D4 Block, as created
(2590 m²) by a partition order of the Maori Land Court,
dated 31 July 1959, and delineated by survey
plan ML 18542 deposited in the office of the
Chief Surveyor, Hamilton.

Plant Declared a Noxious Weed Under the Noxious Weeds
Act 1950 in the City of Papatoetoe (No. 646 Ag. 20649A)

PURSUANT to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture
and Fisheries under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries
Act 1953, for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950,
the following Special Order, made by the Papatoetoe City
Council on the 27th day of November 1973, is hereby
published.

SPECIAL ORDER

"That the Papatoetoe City Council, in pursuance of the
Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Noxious Weeds Act
1950, and of every power enabling it in that behalf hereby,
by way of Special Order, declares the following plant to be
a noxious weed within the City of Papatoetoe:

Waterfern (Salvinia, all species)."

Act 1953, for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950,
the following Special Order, made by the Manukau City
Council on the 29th day of November 1973, is hereby
published.

SPECIAL ORDER

"THAT, in pursuance and in exercise of the provisions con-
ferred on it by the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Manukau
City Council hereby declares, by way of Special Order, that
the under-mentioned additional plants are noxious weeds
within the district of the City of Manukau:

Wild Rice (Zinzania aquatics),
Waterfern (Salvinia, all species)."

Act 1950, in the Borough of Waiuku (No. 649 Ag. 20649A)

PURSUANT to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture
and Fisheries under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries
Act 1953, for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950,
the following Special Order, made by the Waiuku Borough
Council on the 15th day of October 1973 is hereby published.

SPECIAL ORDER

"THAT the Waiuku Borough Council, pursuant to the
provisions of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, by way of
Special Order hereby declares that the plant

Waterfern (Salvinia, all species)

is a noxious weed throughout the Borough of Waiuku and
added to the Borough list accordingly."
