Maori Land Development Notice
Pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
Notice Hamilton 1973, No. 23. - In Maori Land Development Notice, Hamilton, 1968,
No. 5, published in New Zealand Gazette, 26 September 1968,
No. 59, p. 1654, for "Block VIII" read "Block VII".

Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First
Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared
to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953; and whereas by reason of an amalgamation
of titles it is considered necessary to replace the notice
aforesaid.
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives
notice as follows.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
Notice Gisborne 1973, No. 19. - The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby revoked. - The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953.

Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of a certificate, pursuant to section 6
of the Maori Purposes Act 1939 and the notices referred
to in the First Schedule hereto, the lands described therein
were declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV
of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellations
and areas have been altered as a result of subdivision and
survey and whereas certain parcels of land have since been
released from the provisions of Part XXIV aforesaid; and
whereas it is desired that the balance of the land (under
the present appellations) shall remain subject to the provisions
of the said Part XXIV.
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives
notice as follows.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
Notice Gisborne 1973, No. 20. - The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto
are hereby revoked being replaced, to the extent necessary,
by notices issued contemporaneously with this notice, as set
out in the Second Schedule hereto.

the Board of Maori Affairs, acting pursuant to section 330
of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, hereby gives notice as follows.

declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs
