Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for road; and that the leasehold estate in the land described
in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the
Queen by Colin William Jackson, of Jacksons, farmer, under
and by virtue of lease in perpetuity No. 121, recorded in
register 1C, folio 1182, Westland Land Registry, is hereby
taken for the purposes of a road from and after the 17th day
of January 1974.
