Land Proclaimed as Road in Malvern County
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Land Proclaimed as Road, and Road Closed and Added to
the Adjoining Maori School in Block IX, East Cape Survey
District, Waiapu County
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Waiapu; and also hereby
proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto is hereby closed and added to the land held for a
Maori school described in the Third Schedule hereto.

Land Held for a Maori School
ALL that piece of land containing 10 acres 3 roods 22 perches
situated in Block IX, East Cape Survey District, being
Sections 16, 17, 18, and 19, Te Araroa Maori Township;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 127001 (S.O. 4437) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington,
and thereon edged orange.

Incorporated in Crown Lease, Road Closed and Added to
Adjoining Gravel Reserve in Block VIII, Makuri Survey
District, Pahiatua County
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims
as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which
land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants
of the County of Pahiatua; and also hereby proclaims as
closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and
also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Third
Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed,
be incorporated in Crown lease No. TRL. 332 recorded as
certificate of title, Volume 457, folio 203, Wellington Land
Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Edward
Leonard Piercy, of Pahiatua, roadman; and also hereby
proclaims that the road described in the Fourth Schedule
hereto, is hereby closed and added to the adjoining gravel
reserve described in the Fifth Schedule hereto.
