in Block IX, Maramarua Survey District, Waikato County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control
purposes; and I also declare that the Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 17th day of January 1974.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 9.1 perches situated in
Block IX, Maramarua Survey District, being part Allotment
297, Whangamarino Parish; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 27162 (S.O. 44989)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
17th day of December 1973.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control
purposes; and I also declare that the Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 17th day of January 1974.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 15.5 perches
situated in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District, being part
Allotment 22C2, Pepepe Parish, excepting thereout the mines,
beds, veins, seams, and deposits of coal, and cannel oil,
shale, and fireclay transferred by transfer 46998, South Auck-
land Land Registry; as the same is more particularly delineated

on the plan marked M.O.W. 27067 (S.O. 46921) deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
17th day of December 1973.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chair-
man, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of
Whangarei, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 17th day of January 1974.
