Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as
road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto,
which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and
Inhabitants of the County of Ashburton.

County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims
as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which
land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants
of the County of Whangaroa, and hereby proclaims as closed
the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; also pro-
claims that the road secondly described in the said Second
Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in David Henry Frear, of
Totara North, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage
A574354, North Auckland Land Registry.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken
and Vested in Block II, Awhitu Survey District, Franklin
County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Franklin, also proclaims
as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto;
and also takes the land, described in the Third Schedule
hereto, for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section
29; also declares that the land, described in the said Third
Schedule, and the road, first described in the said Second
Schedule shall, when so taken and closed respectively, vest
in Stanley Lawrence Watson of Waiuku, farmer, and Evelyn
Joan Watson, his wife, subject to memorandum of mortgage
No. 126117.3, and that the road, secondly described in the
said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Douglas
William Stanfield of Waiuku, farmer, subject to memorandum
of mortgage No. A418555, and that the road thirdly, fifthly,
sixthly and seventhly described in the said Second Schedule
shall, when so closed, vest in Barry Godwin Foster of
Waiuku, farmer, and Natley Foster, his wife, as tenants
in common in equal shares, subject to memorandum of
mortgage A87818, and that the road fourthly and eighthly
described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed,
vest in Frederick Henry Alexander of Waiuku, farmer, subject
to memorandum of mortgage No. 135052, North Auckland
Land Registry.
