provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for public
buildings of the General Government the land described in
the Schedule hereto, such land to be used for the construction
of a new Supreme Court; and notice is hereby
given that the plan of the land so required to be taken

is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected
by the taking of the said land should, if they have any
objection to the taking of the said land, not being an
objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make

at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow. The
said piece of land is a severance area adjoining the portion of
