Declaring Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block II, Kaihu Survey District, Hobson County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road from and after the 19th day of December 1974.

Land Taken for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road

ALL that piece of land containing 17.9 perches situated in Block II, Kaihu Survey District and being part Lot 4, D.P. 15092; coloured sepia, edged sepia, on plan.

As shown on plan M.O.W. 23854 (S.O. 45976) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Amending a Declaration Taking Land for a Pleasure Ground in the Borough of East Coast Bays

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 21st day of August 1974, published in Gazette, 5 September 1974, at page 1864, taking land for a pleasure ground in the Borough of East Coast Bays, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood and 29 perches situated in the Borough of East Coast Bays, being Lot 185, D.P. 13311, being part Allotment 181, Takapuna Parish. All certificate of title, Volume 356, folio 124, North Auckland Land Registry.
