Appointment of Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board to control and manage the reserves described in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act, as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands.

Appointment of the Franklin County Council to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Franklin County Council to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for soil conservation and river control purposes.
