Declaring Land Taken for a Pleasure Ground in the City of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a pleasure ground and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Manukau from and after the 12th day of December 1974.

Declaring Land Taken, Subject to a Fencing Covenant for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes and to be Crown Land in Block III, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, Whakatane County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby (a) declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing covenant contained in Court Order S. 223517, for soil conservation and river control purposes from and after the 12th day of December 1974; and (b) further declares the land described in the said Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 12th day of December 1974, subject to the said fencing covenant.
