PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby taken subject to the fencing covenant contained in transfer 305234.2; and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby taken subject to the sewage easement created by transfer 305235.1, and subject to the fencing covenant contained in transfer 305235.2; and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, is hereby taken subject to the sewage easement created by transfer 305236.1, and subject to the fencing covenant contained in transfer 305236.2; and the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, is hereby taken subject to the fencing covenant contained in transfer 305236.2; and the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject to the sewage easement created by transfer 305237.1 and subject to fencing covenant contained in transfer 305237.2, Hawke's Bay Land Registry, for State housing purposes from and after the 12th day of December 1974.
