IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE
MATTER of MILLER'S SUPERMARKET LIMITED
NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition for the Winding Up
of the above-named Company by the Supreme Court was,
on the 23rd day of January 1974, presented to the Supreme
Court by the Commissioner of Taxes. And that the said
Petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting
at Invercargill on the 22nd day of February 1974 at
9.30 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory
of the said Company desirous to support or oppose the
making of an order on the said Petition may appear at
the time of the hearing in person or by his Counsel for
that purpose; and a copy of the Petition will be furnished
by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the
said Company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated
charge for the same.

the firm and an address for service within 3 miles of the
Supreme Court at Invercargill, and must be signed by the
person or firm or his or their Solicitor (if any) and must
be served or, if posted, must be sent by post in sufficient
time to reach the abovenamed Petitioner's address for service
not later than 4.00 o'clock in the afternoon of the 21st day
of February 1974.

TAURANGA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and in the matter of
the Public Works Act 1928.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Tauranga County Council
proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts
and all other Acts, powers and authorities enabling it in that
behalf, to execute a certain public work, namely sanitary
drainage treatment and for the purposes of such public
work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required
to be taken and notice is hereby further given that a plan
of the land which is required to be taken is deposited in the
office of the Tauranga County Council, Barkes Corner,
Cameron Road, Tauranga, and is there open for inspection
without fee during ordinary office hours.
Every person directly affected shall set forth in writing any
objection he may wish to make to the taking of the said land
(not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) and shall send the written objection within 40
days after the first publication of this notice to the Town and
Country Planning Appeal Board, P.O. Box 12-244, Wellington
North.
If any objection is made in accordance with this notice a
public hearing of the objection will be held unless the
objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised
of the time and place of the hearing.

WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council
proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a public road for which purpose the land
described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by
the Council, under the provisions of the Public Works Act
1928.
A plan of the land required to be taken as aforesaid lies
open to public inspection at the office of the Council in
Carlton Street, Te Awamutu.
Every person affected is hereby called upon to set forth
in writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution
of such work or to the taking of such land, not being an
objection to the amount or payment of compensation,
and to send such written objection to the Town and Country
Planning Appeal Board, Wellington, within 40 days from
the first publication of this notice. A public hearing of
the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise
requires, and each objector will be advised of the time
and place of the hearing.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, the Municipal
Corporations Act 1954, and the Urban Renewal and Housing
Improvement Act 1954, and their respective amendments:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington City Council
proposes under the provisions of the above-named Acts and
all other acts, powers, and authorities enabling it in that behalf
to execute a certain public work, namely, to take land in
Beaumont Grove, off Nairn Street in the City of Wellington
for the purposes of Part II of the Urban Renewal and Housing
Improvement Act 1945, and for the purposes of that public
work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to
be taken and notice is hereby further given that any person
affected by the execution of the said public work or by the
taking of the said land should if he has any objection to the
execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said
land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of
compensation, send his written objection within 40 days from
the first publication of this notice to the Wellington City
Council addressed to the Town Clerk, to the said Council
at the Municipal Offices Building, Mercer Street, in the City
of Wellington and notice is hereby further given that if any
objection is made as aforesaid, a public hearing of that objection
will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and
each objector will be advised of the time and place of that
hearing and at that hearing each objector will be advised
of the reason for the proposed taking.

First: One undivided one-fifth share in all that parcel of
land containing 8.3Z perches, more or less, situate in the City
of Wellington, being part of Section 53 on the Public Map of
the Town of Wellington, and being all the land comprised

of land containing 8.32 perches, more or less, situate in the
City of Wellington being part of Section 53 on the Public Map
of the Town of Wellington, and being all the land comprised
and described in certificate of title, Volume 333, folio 54,
Wellington Land Registry. This land being known as Beaumont
Grove, Wellington.
