1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.

Advertisement of Meeting of Committee of Inspection to Sanction Proposed Call
NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned official liquidator of the above-named company proposes that a call should be made on each of the respective contributories of the company to pay up their unpaid capital, and that he has summoned a meeting of the committee of inspection of the company, to be held at his office on the 27th day of November 1974, at 11.00 a.m. in the forenoon to obtain its sanction to the proposed call.
Each contributory may attend the meeting, and be heard or make any communication in writing to the liquidator or the members of the committee of inspection in reference to the intended call.
