Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

Maori Land Development Notice
Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

- This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1974, No. 41.
- The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
- The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Notice Abolishing Levels and Geraldine Branding Registration Districts and Constitution of Strathallan Branding Registration District in Lieu Thereof (Notice No. 973 Ag. 1128)
Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 70 of the Animals Act 1967 and to a delegation from the Director-General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries under section 10 of the Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953, the Levels and Geraldine Branding Registration Districts as set out in the Gazette notice, No. Ag. 8180* are hereby abolished and are replaced by the Strathallan Branding Registration District, the boundary of which and the registration office are set out in the Schedule to this notice.

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No 976 Ag. 61422)
Pursuant to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:
(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—an area of 10 acres, more or less, situated north of and adjoining Paparata Road, east of the junction with Barber Road, Bombay, being Allotment 7 Suburban Section 3, Parish of Opaheke, C.T. 11D/1337 (Auckland Registry).
(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—
(i) An area of 5 acres, more or less, situated south of and with access to Mile Road, east of the junction with Barber Road, Bombay, being part Allotment 64, Suburban Section 3, Parish of Opaheke, C.T. 11D/1335 (Auckland Registry).
(ii) An area of 9 acres 1 rood 20.6 perches, more or less, situated north of and adjoining Paparata Road, east of the junction with Barber Road, Bombay, being part Allotment 5, Suburban Section 3, Parish of Opaheke, C.T. 11D/1336 (Auckland Registry).
