"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Taranaki County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the said county and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby declared to be, a public reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act."

Declaring a Certain Area of the County of Taranaki an Inspected Meat Area (No. 974 Ag. 20002A)
Pursuant to section 7 of the Meat Act 1964, the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries hereby declares that area of the County of Taranaki which was formerly in the New Plymouth Abattoir District, and as specified in the Schedule hereto, to be an inspected meat area.

SCHEDULE
All that area for the time being comprised in the County of Taranaki with the exception of that portion of the said county bounded on the north-east by the Pitone Road, on the south-east by the boundary of the Egmont National Park, on the south-west by the existing boundary between the said county and the County of Egmont, and on the north-west by the sea.
