Consent to the Distribution of New Therapeutic Drug
Pursuant to section 12 of the Food and Drug Act 1969, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new therapeutic drug set out in the Schedule hereto.

The Franklin Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence
1967, Amendment No. 1
Pursuant to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby amends the Franklin Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1967* as follows:
- In clause 2 of the said licence, after the words “in the Schedule hereto” the words “and also to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto” are hereby inserted.
- In the Schedule to the said licence the following heading and paragraphs are hereby inserted.
LINES AUTHORISED - A line commencing from a point in Boundary Road, Papakura, and proceeding for approximately 70 metres in a northerly direction all being situate in Block IV, Drury Survey District, and the said line being more particularly shown coloured red and marked (a) on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 905 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.
- A line commencing from a point in Boundary Road, Papakura, and proceeding for approximately 100 metres in a northerly direction all being situate in Block IV, Drury Survey District, and the said line being more particularly shown coloured red and marked (b) on the plan N.Z.E.D. 905 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.
- Lines to supply consumers on the southern side of the Mercer-Pukorokoro Road between the Mangatangi Stream and the Firth of Thames all being situate in Block XVI, Opaheke Survey District, and Blocks V, VI, and VII, Wharekawa Survey District, and the said lines being more particularly shown coloured green and black on plan marked N.Z.E.D. 906 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.
- Lines to supply consumers on the western side of Dominion Road, Papakura, between Settlement Road and the Franklin County Council boundary all being situate in Block IV, Drury Survey District, and the said lines being more particularly shown coloured black on plans marked N.Z.E.D. 907 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.
- Lines to supply consumers on these lots situate on the western side of Dominion Road, Papakura, between Settlement Road and Sheehan Avenue, all being situate in Block IV, Drury Survey District, the said sections being more particularly shown shaded red on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 907 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae for the common use and benefit of the “Patuwai hapu” and Maoris generally.
