Declaration That Part of the Pohara Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve, Change of the Purpose of the Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Known as the Grove Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Pohara Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, pursuant to the said Act, changes the purpose of the said reserve to a reserve for scenic purposes subject to Part IV of the said Act to be known as the Grove Scenic Reserve.
