PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 4th day of September 1974, published in Gazette 19 September 1974, No. 91, page 1977, declaring land taken for State housing purposes in the Borough of Featherston, by deleting from the Schedule of the said declaration the word and figures "Section 136" and substituting the word and figures "Section 126".
