of New Zealand, dated the 3rd day of October 1974, con-
firming the reduction of capital, resolved in the special
resolution passed on the 7th day of August 1974, and relating
to the distribution to the holders of ordinary shares of the
sum of $9,360,899 standing to the credit of share premium
account in the books of account of the company, as at 31
March 1974, was registered by the Registrar of Companies
on the 1st day of November 1974.

Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of
general legislative force are no longer published in the New
Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
the following arrangements:

(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing),
subscription $12 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual Volume (including index) bound in buckram,
$5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936-37 and
1939-42 are out of print.)
