PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway from and after the 7th day of November 1974.

Declaring the Entirety of Land Taken for Coal Mining Operations Under Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925, in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the entirety of the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for coal mining operations under Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925, from and after the 7th day of November 1974; and further declares that, notwithstanding section 19 of the Public Works Act 1928, no part of the said land shall be deemed to be excepted out of this declaration.
