Amending a Declaration Taking Additional Land for State Housing Purposes in the City of New Plymouth
PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 29th day of May 1974, published in Gazette, 20 June 1974, No. 59, at page 1201, taking additional land for State housing purposes in the City of New Plymouth, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.
