Declaring Land Taken for a Teacher's Residence in Block VII,
Patetere South Survey District, Matamata County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for a teacher's residence from and after the 7th day of
February 1974.

Declaring a Public Reserve Taken for a Secondary School

North

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for a secondary school from and after the 7th day of
February 1974.

Government in the Borough of Marton

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
buildings of the General Government from and after the
7th day of February 1974.

All that piece of land containing 1 rood, situated in the
Borough of Marton, being part Block VII, Rangitikei Dis-
trict, being also Lot 116, Deeds Plan 266. All certificate of
title, Volume 582, folio 204, Wellington Land Registry,
(limited as to parcels).

Declaring an Easement in Gross over Land Taken for
the Purposes of an Aerodrome in Block I, Paekakariki
Survey District, Hutt County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
an easement in gross is hereby taken for the purposes of an
aerodrome over the land described in the Schedule hereto,

vesting in Her Majesty the Queen from and after the
7th day of February 1974 the following full and free rights,
liberties, licences, and privileges in perpetuity, that is to
say:

(a) The right to transmit by cable, electrical energy back-
wards and forwards, under, along, and over, the
land described in the Schedule hereto.
(b) The right to erect, maintain, repair, and replace a
lighting beacon which shall not be more than thirty
feet in height.
(c) The right to enter upon all or any of the said land at
all times by Her servants, agents, and workmen,
with all necessary tools, implements, plant, machin-
ery, and vehicles, for the purposes of laying, con-
structing, repairing, renewing, and maintaining, at
such depths as shall be necessary, all cables and
fittings as shall be required for the unimpeded
transmission of electrical energy as aforesaid.
(d) The right to dig up and break the surface of the said
land or any parts thereof, and generally to do and
perform all acts and things as may be necessary and
proper, including reinstatement of the said land for
the purposes hereinbefore mentioned:
Provided, however, that the registered proprietor of the
said land shall, except in emergencies, be given reasonable
notice before any work is carried out.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land situated in Block I, Paekakariki Sur-
vey District, and being part Lot 8, D.P. 32282, and being also
part Section 3, Wainui District; as the same is more parti-
cularly delineated and coloured yellow on the said D.P.
32282. Part certificate of title 8D/1214, Wellington Land
Registry.

Waiopehu Survey District, Horowhenua County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken,
subject to a condition as to building line imposed by K. 28671
for better utilisation from and after the 7th day of February
1974.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 81 acres 3 roods 12.6
perches being part of Section 20, Block I of the Waiopehu
Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 597, folio 184,
Wellington Land Registry.

Declaring Land Taken for Better Utilisation in the City of
Timaru Subject to a Building-line Condition

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for better utilisation from and after the 7th day of February
1974, subject to the building-line condition in Order in Council
871, Canterbury Land Registry.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 31.1 perches, situated in the
City of Timaru, being Lot 1, D.P. 27946. All certificate of
title, register 10A, folio 61, Canterbury Land Registry.
