IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER
of R. F. MATTHEWS CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT
LIMITED a duly incorporated company having its registered
office at Napier.
NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition for the winding up
of the abovenamed company by the Supreme Court was
on the 22nd day of October 1974 presented to the said
Court by M. T. CARROLL LIMITED a duly incorporated com-
pany having its registered office at Napier, and that the
said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting
at Napier on the 15th day of November 1974 at 10.00 o'clock
in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the
said company desirous to support or oppose the making of
an order on the said petition may appear at the time
of hearing in person or by his Counsel for that purpose;
and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the under-
signed to any creditor or contributory of the said company
requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for
the same.

of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was

by IRENE SHEKLING, reader. And that the said petition is
directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland
on the 13th day of November 1974 at 10.00 o'clock in the

company having its registered office at the offices of Messrs
Esam, Cushing & Co, Legal Chambers, Haupapa Street,
Rotorua and the said petition is directed to be heard before
the Court sitting at Rotorua on the 22nd day of November
1974 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or
contributory of the said company desirous to support or
oppose the making of an order on the said petition may
appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel
for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished

IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER
of ADVANCE BUILDINGS (NELSON) LIMITED a company duly
incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered
office at Nelson and carrying on business as Property
Owners and Managers
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order of the Supreme
Court of New Zealand dated the 2nd day of October 1974
confirming the reduction of capital of the abovenamed com-
pany from $30,000 to $10,000 and the minute approved
by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the
company as altered the several particulars required by the
abovementioned Act was registered by the District Registrar
of Companies at Nelson on the 23rd day of October 1974.
The said minute is in the words following:
“The capital of Advance Buildings (Nelson) Limited is
$10,000 divided into five thousand fully paid ordinary shares
of $2.00 each having been reduced from $30,000 divided
into five thousand ordinary shares of $2.00 each fully paid
and ten thousand cumulative preference shares of $2.00 each
fully paid”.

company ceases to have a place of business in New Zealand.
At the expiry of 3 months, the company will be struck off
by the Registrar of Companies and the company dissolved.
