Transfer by the State Advances Corporation of New Zealand to the Rural Banking and Finance Corporation of New Zealand of Certain Mortgages

PURSUANT to section 41 of the Rural Banking and Finance Corporation Act 1974, the State Advances Corporation of New Zealand hereby transfers all its interest, rights, and powers under the memoranda of mortgage, registered under the Land Transfer Act 1952, mentioned in the Schedule hereto to the Rural Banking and Finance Corporation of New Zealand.
