Land Taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land first described in the Schedule hereto and the undivided half share in the land secondly therein described, held by Melvis Avery, of Auckland, machinery inspector, are hereby taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Auckland described as follows:

0 0 0.66 Lot 2, D.P. 12014.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 17th day of October 1974.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Whangaroa, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of October 1974.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 18.7 perches situated in Block XIII, Whakarara Survey District, and being part Matauri 1H1B Block; as shown on plan M.O.W. 28101 (S.O. 47404) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of October 1974.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of October 1974.
