Land Taken for Road in Block XI, Mangonui Survey District, Whangaroa County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of October 1974.


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Mangonui Survey District, described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 10.8 } Parts Section 15, Block XI, Mangonui Survey
0 0 4.1 } District.

As shown on plan M.O.W. 26614 (S.O. 46957) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of October 1974.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road.

DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that all mines, veins, seams, and beds of coal and other minerals lying in or being under the land described in the Schedule hereto as excepted and reserved by conveyance 207651 (R. 178/526), are hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Whangarei as from date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of October 1974.
