In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of STAFF SUPERANNUATION INVESTMENTS LTD., of Taupo Street, Putaruru:

Notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 27th day of September 1974, the following special resolution was passed by the company, namely:

Resolved:

(1) That the company be wound up voluntarily, and

(2) That Graham Francis Cawthorn, of Putaruru, be and he is hereby appointed, liquidator of the company.

Notice is hereby given that by an entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company on the 7th day of October 1974 passed a resolution for voluntary winding up, and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at the board room, N.Z. National Creditmen's Association, 13 Liverpool Street, Hamilton, on Thursday, the 17th day of October 1974, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon.

Consideration of a statement of the position of the company’s affairs and list of creditors, etc.

Confirmation of the appointment of A. E. Hilton as liquidator who has been nominated by the director.
